Crusher Machinery, What we use and how it works?

Here at Tyne Tees Crushing and Screening we offer custom-designed aggregate crushing, contract crushing, and screening services. Custom-designs mean that our customers get bespoke services which meet their needs every time.

Every contract is unique and has specific demands, so we want to work with you to identify the best solution for your requirements.

Selecting the incorrect equipment is something we want to avoid as it could prohibit the task from being finished or even started.

So the question is, how do we select the right Crusher Machinery?

You may also be wondering what our most popular crusher is, or even what a crusher does? Keep reading to find out more.

What does a Crusher do?

In its simplest terms, a crusher is a device that presses solid materials into smaller pieces. A rock crusher is a piece of equipment used to break down huge boulders into smaller rocks, gravel, or rock dust. Crushers are considered slow-moving equipment used to coarsely reduce massive amounts of solids.

Our job is to carefully select the correct crusher to satisfy customers because each contract may call for a variety of rocks, bricks, or other materials to be crushed and screened.

Finding you the perfect Crusher – Our Process

Step 1) Finding out your needs.

The first step is getting in touch! You can reach us via email, phone or request a call back here.

Once we have discussed your fabulous project, we will want to make sure you are getting the right service for the right duration. We have alternatives for both short-term and long-term hiring, meaning no matter how long the task takes, you can hire the equipment for the correct period of time.

We also offer a wide range of operators that are completely trained and certified in crusher, screen, screen crusher, and plant hire, to help you along your journey.

Step 2) Visiting the Site

Depending on the scope of the project, we may arrange to meet shortly after our initial call to evaluate the situation on site and to determine what will need to be done to complete the project.

We want to visit your site as all our machinery is selected for your project based on the precise specifications. This is so we can ensure that the right size and type of machinery is functional for your specified needs.

Step 3) The paperwork

Once we have determined which Crusher would best fit your project’s needs, we will move onto costs of hire.

Our prices are based of the clients needs and with over 20 years experience and 1399 projects completed, you can trust that we deliver quality at a fair price.

Step 4) Crusher Delivered to your site

We will then aim to have your Crusher delivered to your site as soon as possible. As soon as all the paperwork has been completed and you, the client, are happy to proceed, we will set a date to deliver your goods.

What is our most popular type of Crusher?

The JawCrusher

Are you looking for a crusher that will power through all day and night? Then the JawCrusher may just be for you.

A jaw crusher is a compression based crusher that consists of moving and fixed jaw parts. This amazing piece of equipment compresses massive, heavy materials into small, manageable amounts using compressive force and a moving jaw.

If you intend to hire a jaw crusher for your site, you must have certified operators, due to these machines being quite powerful pieces of equipment with intricate moving parts.

Don’t worry, we provide specialised operators for you, and all of our employees have training and expertise using this exact equipment.

Did you know that the JawCrusher is frequently used to recycle large-scale rock goods and materials? This is done by crushing them into manageable pieces that can be repurposed for a variety of different things.
